These Terms of Use govern your use of the synesisintl.com website, the public support form, and Synesis Helpdesk (synesis-helpdesk.com), operated by Synesis International, Inc. (“Synesis,” “we,” “us”), Greenville, South Carolina. By using these sites and services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. Consulting and software engagements are governed by the separate written agreement between Synesis and your company; where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls. Use of the Website and Support Services

You may use our website and support services for lawful business purposes. You agree not to misuse them, including by submitting false or misleading information, uploading malicious files, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data, scraping or bulk-downloading content, or interfering with the normal operation of the services. We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

Support requests submitted through our website or Helpdesk are handled during our normal business hours. Response and resolution times depend on your company's support agreement with Synesis; the public form does not by itself create a service-level commitment.

SMS Notification Program

If you opt in to receive text messages about your support tickets, the program is governed by our SMS Notification Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms of Use. In short: messages are transactional only, frequency varies with ticket activity (typically two per ticket), message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance at any time, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos, page design, and software, is owned by Synesis International, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. SAP and SAP Business One are trademarks of SAP SE; Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Azure are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation; other names are the property of their respective owners. You may view and print pages for your own business use but may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute our content without written permission.
