When BPA Solutions introduced Q-Pilot in late 2024, it was an exciting but early-stage AI capability. In 2025, it became a production-grade tool that manufacturers rely on daily. The AI assistant evolved from basic document retrieval to sophisticated use cases: automated nonconformance investigation support, training quiz generation, compliance content validation, and trend analysis across quality events.
The deployment of Q-Pilot agents, specialized AI assistants trained on specific regulatory frameworks, was one of the most significant advances. Synesis International expanded our BPA eQMS deployments significantly in 2025. Our focus on connecting quality management with SAP Business One continued to be a differentiator, manufacturers consistently tell us that the ability to have quality data flow seamlessly into their ERP system was a decisive factor in choosing the Synesis-BPA solution.
