Our Story

In 1994, Ricardo Studart and Kathleen Payne founded Synesis International in Greenville, South Carolina.

The Synesis Idea

While developing strategic plans for large corporations, Synesis’ founders recognized a major disconnect between people, processes and new emerging technologies. If this was true for large businesses then the same applied for medium and small organizations.

This concept was based on the fundamental principle that a synergy of People, Business and Technology is required for successful operation. We believe in this so much that we trademarked the phrase. It drives our project approach and company strategy.
